Heritage Stone were engaged to restore the sandstone facade of this iconic heritage building. The cornice had deteriorated from years of exposure to wet and dry cycles, previously some make safe work was undertaken to remove decaying sections which enable water to run down the face causing further decay lower down.

The whole cornice and parapet were removed and replace with new Linden sandstone worked to match original details. Window heads, Jambs and Ashlar sections were also replaced where required.
